About CAFRAL: Centre for Advanced Financial Research & Learning (CAFRAL) is an independent body set up by the Reserve Bank of India. It has two verticals viz Research & Learning. CAFRAL is engaged in conducting advanced research in Banking & Finance etc and also conducts various learning programs for senior executives of Banks, Financial Institutions & NBFCs.

Job Description: 

Positions are based in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage professional relationship with CAFRAL’s clientele and partner institutions, resource persons and both internal & external stakeholders, to conduct CAFRAL’s learning events including seminars, workshops, conferences, etc. within the campus or at outstation locations; The job encompasses planning, budgeting and marketing to delivery and evaluation.
  • Coordinate with teams responsible for creation of brochures, conference material, etc for customized requirements;
  • Using marketing strategies and media platforms for promotion of the CAFRAL’s events;
  • Manage the creation of print and digital media for effective communications and social media feeds;
  • Creating relevant content for various platforms including CAFRAL’s website, various reports, newsletter, information brochure, advertisements, etc;
  • Build and manage information on resource persons and themes for CAFRAL’s Learning events;
  • To market and deliver CAFRAL’s Learning initiatives;
  • To assist the Senior/Program Directors in all the learning initiatives.

The list of duties is illustrative and not exhaustive. It is subject to change from time to time depending upon requirements of the services. Any other responsibilities incidental to the post, may be assigned by the Competent Authority in CAFRAL

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidates should have completed the graduation before 30th September, 2025.

The candidate must have key skills comprising strong written and oral communication skills in English language, familiarity with social media platforms and impact measuring tools, good working knowledge of MS Office packages. The candidate is expected to be able to think critically and plan, organise and monitor multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working knowledge of graphics design, data management etc. is preferable.

The candidate should have relevant experience of managing corporate events, communication, public relations or related field of work, preferably in academic or similar institutions.

  • Incomplete application will be summarily rejected
  • The eligibility qualifications, experience and age will be reckoned as on October 15, 2025.      Relaxations and concessions in eligibility, if any, will be at the sole discretion of CAFRAL.
  • Selection would be based on qualifications, skills, experience and performance in the selection process.
  • The selected person will be on probation for a period of six months after their appointment and CAFRAL reserves the right to terminate the contract if the person is not found to be suitable.
  • The appointment will be made on the recommendation of a duly constituted Selection Committee. The applications received in response to the advertisement will be scrutinized and only the shortlisted candidates will be informed and they will be eligible for appearing in the selection process.  The information regarding selection process including interview will be advised to the shortlisted candidates in due course.

CTC for the post will be around Rs. 18 lakh per annum.
The applicant should not be more than 35 years of age as on October 15, 2025.
Initial contract will be for three years. The contract is extendable subject to satisfactory review of performance.
