Centre for Advanced Financial Research and Learning (CAFRAL), promoted by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to serve as a global centre for policy research and learning in banking and finance, has been operational since January 17, 2011. The Governor, RBI, is the Chairman of the Governing Council of CAFRAL.
1. Applications are invited from suitable officers from RBI/Public Sector Banks in the rank of General Manager and above or equivalent grade for the position of Program Director (one post) in CAFRAL, Mumbai on contractual basis.
2. Responsibilities:
CAFRAL is looking for a highly proficient and competent person as Program Director who will, inter alia, design, deliver learning programs, take sessions in the Learning programs and do other related work in emerging areas of relevance for senior executives of the financial sector. She/he will also design and deliver certificate courses in the area of banking and finance along with any other work assigned, as may be required.
3. Eligibility:
· Applicants should have in-depth knowledge of banking and finance and work experience in the financial sector in senior positions, as General Manager and above or equivalent.
· Minimum experience of 25 years as officer in banking and financial sector.
· Experience in teaching/training/capacity building in banking/ financial sector is preferable.
4. The Program Director (PD) will report to the Additional Director (Learning & Administration).
