Background:
The banking sector has undergone significant transformation in recent years, driven by use of advance technologies, regulatory changes, aspiring customers, with evolving customer centric business models. To navigate this evolving landscape, effective human resource (HR) strategies are crucial, to attract, retain talent and constantly re-skill its employees for the emerging requirements and build a resilient workforce for the future challenges. This casts enormous responsibilities on CHROs and CLOs, making their role more strategic. Thus, there is a critical need to discuss and assess the training requirements, deliberate on the new emerging trends and the potential role of CAFRAL in enhancing the skill gaps in banks, FIs & NBFCs.
Conference Objective:
Against this backdrop, CAFRAL is conducting a half-day Conference of the Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and Chief Learning Officers (CLOs) of HR of banks, FIs & NBFCs to deliberate on the new trends in HR and the learning challenges.
