The program objective is to enhance the competency in policy formulation and technical skill levels of senior executives of Indian commercial banks, financial institutions and Reserve Bank of India. The topics will include risk Management, use of innovation and technology in banks, emerging trends in banking and financial management, global challenges facing bank leaders, stress testing, cyber security, etc. The program would provide a chance to participants to get to know the best practices in USA relating to bank management as also visit and interact with executives from FED, SEC, World Bank, Brookings Institution and others and thus give the Indian bankers a much needed international exposure. The program would enable the participants to understand and compare the risk management system and banking regulation in India and the United States of America.

Program Conditions

a) Program fee is payable before the program.
b) Nomination may be cancelled up to seven days before the program.
c) Organisation may depute another officer for the program, if the nominated person cannot attend the program.
d) Program fee will not be refunded, if the nomination is cancelled within seven days of the program.
e) CAFRAL reserves the right to reject the nomination without assigning any reason.
